MAY 2008
What a month. We completed Nurse.Fighter.Boy on Friday May 23, 2008. I first pitched it to Ingrid enroute to Burningman in August 2003. An incredible 5 year journey and I feel emotional. Words can’t actually summarize what I’m feeling. We screen for the Toronto International Film Festival programmers on the 28th. It will be the first viewing of Nurse.Fighter.Boy with full sound and picture.
APRIL 2008
Still in post with Nurse.Fighter.Boy, and it's getting exciting. Sound design is on, we're color correcting picture, recording original music and finalizing our visual effects. Thank you Deluxe, Tattersall, John Welsman and Core Digital. Ingrid is juggling between keeping our film on the rails, and holding down post-production on her personal feature entitled 'Only'. She produced, wrote and directed the film with Simon Reynolds, over March break. I know it will be beautiful.
MARCH 2008
At the time of writing this we are approaching our Picture Lock. There is much more to come. Just know the World Premiere of NURSE.FIGHTER.BOY is expected to be September 2008.
